A GRAND SIX-BEDROOM OCEAN-VIEW SANCTUARY CLOSE TO KAMALA BEACH

Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is by 12:00 PM (noon) unless agreed otherwise. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to villa availability.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required within 2 calendar days to secure the booking. The remaining balance is due no later than 30 days prior to arrival. Payments can be made via bank transfer to Talaefun Co., Ltd., or by credit card (subject to a 3.5% transaction fee). Failure to make payments by the specified deadlines may result in cancellation of the booking.

A USD 2,000 security deposit is required upon arrival to cover any damage or breakages. It is typically returned on the departure date after inspection.

Only the guests listed in the Rental Agreement are permitted to stay at the villa.

Children below 12 years old are considered kids. Guests 12 years old and above are counted as adults for booking and occupancy purposes.

Within 30 days of arrival: the full rental amount is forfeited. 31 days or more before arrival: the 50% deposit is forfeited.

All food and beverage items purchased by the villa team on behalf of guests are charged at cost + 20% handling fee.

Linen and towels are refreshed every three days, or as needed, in accordance with our eco-friendly villa practices.

Villa Talaefun is a strictly no-smoking villa indoors. Guests may smoke outdoors, and ashtrays will be provided upon request. A THB 10,000 ozone-treatment fee applies if smoking occurs inside the villa.

The Lessor is not liable for delays, interruptions, or inconveniences caused by events outside their control, including severe weather, natural disasters, utility failures, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Temporary interruptions to electricity, water, internet, or pool systems may occur. The villa team will make every effort to resolve these as quickly as possible.

Guests are expected to behave respectfully and appropriately throughout their stay. If behaviour is deemed inappropriate, the Lessor or representative may require the guest(s) to leave the villa immediately without refund. The owner or representative may access the villa at any time for maintenance or inspection. Unlawful activities are strictly prohibited. Parties or events with more than 15 guests are not permitted unless prior written consent is obtained from the Villa Owner.

Guests are responsible for their own safety and the safety of all members of their group. Special attention is required around the gardens, pool, and jacuzzi areas. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
